TIPS & TRICKS

Prevent diabetes

Avoid fizzy drinks or coffee when consuming rice for your meal. If you wish to drink either, do it after 2 hours.
Never add ice to any hot drinks.

Perform the following exercises below to relief yourself of headache and tired eyes after a long day of work.


Massage for tired eyes

Pressure point massage for tired eyes

Apply pressure and massage both sides of the nasal bone with your fingers till the pain is relieved.

NOTE: You will experience pain when your eyes are tired.



Massage for headache

Pressure point massage for headache

Apply pressure on temples and massage in circular motion till the pain is relieved.

NOTE: Migrane requires body corrective therapy.

Massage for dizzy spells

Pressure point massage for dizziness spells

Apply pressure 1 inch down your wrist and hold it for 5 sec before releasing it. Repeat this exercise till your dizzy spell is gone.
